Hi 👋🏽, i’m Tonya Little a 55 year old first time home owner. I don’t have much to compare my experience with for this was my first time purchasing a home. But I can say without a doubt if I had to do it all over again, I would still choose Mr. Gary and his dedicated team. I called Mr. Gary in the middle of the week, late in the evening and Mr. Gary gladly took my call and immediately began working with me. He showed me houses when I didn’t wanna look at houses and he showed me houses that fit my budget ,style n location I was seeking. He was very patient, kind and reassuring to me. It took longer than I expected but he would not let me settle nor give up. He did not over look anything in showing, whether it was how old the roof was, how old the HVAC system was, the cracks in the driveway ,the mold in the basement, the flooring ,or how the water stood in the backyard. Whatever Mr. Gary saw he pointed it out as if he were purchasing the home for himself. Now because of his patients I have my dream home fit just right for me. Mr. Gary started as just my realtor, he became my inspector, my legal aid and now he is my friend. I would recommend Always to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. Again Thanks Mr. Gary
